Residential

As an experienced residential roofer, we have worked with a variety of homes with standard and special needs.  Our process includes a thorough inspection of the exterior of your home.  If we identify damage, we will work with your insurance adjuster (when applicable) to decide whether your damage requires repair or full replacement.  We have several accredited HAAG Certified Roof Inspectors on staff to insure that we are educated in working closely with insurance adjusters while giving you the options that will work best for your roofing system.

Materials

At City Wide Roofing, we offer several options for your home’s roofing system.  We offer: Asphalt Shingle Roofing; Tile Roofing; Wood and Shake Shingle Roofing; Metal Roofing; and Flat Roofing.

We work with several manufacturers to offer state of the art shingles including: Owens Corning, GAF/ELK, Tamko, CertainTeed, and Atlas to name a few.

Ventilation

When evaluating an existing roofing system or a new roofing system, it is important to consider ventilation.  Many older homes don’t have adequate ventilation or any at all, thus trapping heat within your home. Things that ventilation provide:

  • Protection against early wear or “baking” of your roofing system
  • Protection against cracking and wear of exterior paint and siding
  • Better efficiency with the cooling of your home

Featured Project

Morning Mesa Townhomes

When we initially sat down with Custom Management, the HOA for this complex, we knew this would be an exciting project. After conducting a thorough needs analysis for the client, we realized that we had all of the key elements to make this project successful.  Our reputation and workmanship coupled with quality materials were vital, however, financing was a key element that was also important to the client.  There were over 12 buildings that needed re-roofing as a result of the hail storms of 2009. Insurance had agreed to cover the cost of replacement; however, the deductible was a hurdle that we needed to overcome.  Many of our clients are surprised when they realize that their deductibles are higher than they remembered.   This was no exception, and City Wide Roofing was able to offer financing options to help the HOA protect its investment by re-roofing the entire project.  Every project requires an attention to detail in conjunction with the ability to identify and meet the needs of our client. At the end of the day, both the HOA and City Wide Roofing had a project they could hang their hats on.
