At City Wide Roofing, we take our clients’ needs very seriously.  We believe that quality of product and service are vital to creating the best roofing system possible based on the needs of our clients.  For nearly 50 years, we’ve focused on building a name for ourselves in the Denver metro market as the premier roofing company.  We take protecting your investment (whether it’s your home or your business) very seriously.  Let’s face it, often times your home or building can represent your most significant and important asset.

The Story

At the age of 17, Denver native Joe Farias, hammered his first shingle and created his destiny.  He worked his way up from laborer to foreman for 7 years- learning everything he could about the roofing trade from others.  Ready to pursue his own American Dream, Joe cofounded J & R Roofing in 1963 and later changed the name to City Wide Roofing in 1979.  By the sweat of his brow, Joe built a successful business that he was able to pass on to his son Alfred, in 1982.

For over 25 years, Alfred Farias has continued to manage the company through changing economic times and maintain the integrity and strong family values instilled by his father.  Alfred continues to give back to community by participating in local charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Rebuilding Together Metro Denver, and holding membership with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as well as other city chambers.

Today, City Wide Roofing, Inc continues its legacy as a local, family-owned company ready to serve you.  Our legacy and reputation in the city of Denver are a true testimony to the integrity in leadership and work ethic that we bring to every project.  We stand behind our work, offering a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteealongside our 7 Year No DripTM as a standard on all roofs we build.

Morning Mesa Townhomes

When we initially sat down with Custom Management, the HOA for this complex, we knew this would be an exciting project. After conducting a thorough needs analysis for the client, we realized that we had all of the key elements to make this project successful.  Our reputation and workmanship coupled with quality materials were vital, however, financing was a key element that was also important to the client.  There were over 12 buildings that needed re-roofing as a result of the hail storms of 2009. Insurance had agreed to cover the cost of replacement; however, the deductible was a hurdle that we needed to overcome.  Many of our clients are surprised when they realize that their deductibles are higher than they remembered.   This was no exception, and City Wide Roofing was able to offer financing options to help the HOA protect its investment by re-roofing the entire project.  Every project requires an attention to detail in conjunction with the ability to identify and meet the needs of our client. At the end of the day, both the HOA and City Wide Roofing had a project they could hang their hats on.
